Another update in the Articles Section. Added today is the third and concluding part of the article about British air rearmament in the years preceding the World War II. It should be remembered that the very development of the Supermarine Spitfire was one of the results of this process.
As usual, I would appreciate any comments to this article or the entire series.
- From Peace to War - Royal Air Force Rearmament Programme, 1934-1940 (Part 3). This part covers the period after the Munich Crisis and attempts to assess the state of RAF preparedness at the outbreak of war. The analysis is illustrated by tables and diagrams.
As usual, I would appreciate any comments to this article or the entire series.
