Another update tonight. A new set of contributions from modellers arrived today (which is great, thanks to everyone) and I realized that I'd better put aside my work with historic articles for a while in order to post the pending contributions to the
Modelling Section without much further delay.

Another model that can simply be described as 'beautiful!' John Korellis' approach to the 'C' wing is well thought-out, entirely practical and expertly carried out, and the finished model captures the overall appeal of the Spit admirably. Well done!
And another beautifully built and painted example of the breed from Erik Whipple. Take a bow, Erik! I would like to see your models photographed outdoors in natural light, though.
The last of the 6 images from myself is incorrect, but entirely my fault, as I somehow managed to send the wrong photo. This one is actually an OTAKI 1/48 model in company with a HASEGAWA 1/72. Hasegawa and ICM 1/48 kits were way off in the future when I did the best I could to turn Otaki's Mk VIII into a MK IX! (Sorry Martin, I'll send another photo of the 1/32
Mk IX).
Good to see the contributions keep coming in, chaps - keep 'em coming!
And big thanks Martin, for giving us Spitfire nuts the Spitfire Site.
