Spitfire HF Mk. VI Conversion in 1/48 Scale
Here are some pictures of my Spitfire HF Mk. VI in 1/48th scale. The model is based on the Tamiya's Spitfire Mk. Vb with the Pavla's resin convesion set to build a Mk VI. I have used seat, exhaust pipes and gun barrels from Ultracast. The propeller comes from the Revell/Hasegawa Spitfire Mk IX.
The model represents the plane YQ-P, coded BS111, from No. 616 Squadron in August 1942.
